1. Product characteristics. Especially for products such as scaffolding and scaffolding, the design not only requires easy installation and dismantling, but also requires reliability. 3. Lightweight products. At present, Japanese template workers are aging in spring and autumn. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the labor intensity of construction workers. The design of building templates and scaffolding should tend to be lightweight, easy to assemble and disassemble, and have a beautiful appearance. New products should be continuously developed. The steel plate thickness of the developed profiled steel scaffold board is 1.2mm, and each 3-meter-long board weighs only 10.5KG, while each 3-meter-long aluminum alloy scaffold board weighs only 7.8KG.

4. Product requirements. Japan has high requirements for the disposal of waste templates and scaffolding, which must meet the requirements. According to the introduction, due to the consideration that the post-treatment of damaged wooden plywood formwork will affect the environment, the amount of steel frame wooden glue formwork and steel formwork is increasing.

The main type of scaffolding in China is fastener type steel pipe scaffolding, with few professional scaffolding factories and low technical level. The production process is outdated, especially with a large number of bamboo scaffolding still in use. Portal scaffolding has also been widely used in many projects at home and abroad, achieving good results. However, later on, construction units used fewer and fewer construction projects with portal scaffolding, and many manufacturers producing portal scaffolding also closed or switched to production. Why do gantry scaffolding dominate various types of scaffolding in Europe, America, and Japan, while in China it has only been promoted and used for a few years without development, and instead has been returned to using fastener scaffolding and bamboo scaffolding? There are various reasons, among which the main reason is product quality issues such as using steel pipe specifications that do not meet design requirements, low gantry stiffness, easy deformation during transportation and use, poor processing accuracy, and short service life.

In addition, the construction method of offshore climbing scaffolding has also been widely used, but the control measures have not kept up, and accidents continue to occur. Bowl buckle scaffolding is currently one of the key promoted and applied scaffolding, and more than 40 production factories have been established. Most of these factories have rudimentary equipment and outdated production processes, making it difficult to ensure product quality. In addition, more than 50 manufacturers have been established to produce upper and lower bowl buckle plug components. Many of them, in order to reduce costs, arbitrarily change the design of the bowl buckle plug, causing the stress function of the components to not meet the design requirements, which will lead to accidents during construction. Therefore, China needs to further improve the technical level of scaffolding, restrict the use of outdated bamboo scaffolding, monitor the product quality of scaffolding, and take detailed governance measures. It is necessary to draw lessons from the promotion process of gantry scaffolding, so that the technical level and product quality of scaffolding in China can continuously improve and develop.
